History:
Charles Francis Xavier, a Homo-superior and a paraplegic for many years (except for some ridiculous Shi’ar technology or any other equally retcon reasons), is the leading authority on genetics, mutation, and psionic powers. More importantly, a former friend of Erik Lehnsherr, better known as Magneto, he is the direct opposition to The Brotherhood Of Mutants with his X-Men. Based out of Westchester County, in New York, he welcomes all mutants at his School for Higher Learning to train in their powers and protect a world that hates and fears them.
